Life is Crazy!!

So life has been so hectic the last few months that I am afraid to say blogging has been the LAST thing on my mind.  We have now officially moved not only house, not only country. . .but and entire continent!!  Yip.  Don't do things by half do we.  We spent a couple of weeks up in Canad with my old roomate Cori and her husband Matt.  Pretty much the coolest couple we know.  (for your benefit Cori!) lol.  and had a pretty awesome time.  Took Emily boating for her first time and after the whole terrified phase wore of she loved it!!  I have to say, Canada is very pretty but I never thought I would find a place that was more expensive than the UK!! mental.  Anyway, we are now back in Provo and settling in nicely.

Utah is hot.  Soooo hot.  But on the up-side we are tanned for the first time in years!! Sun really does make you look a whole lot better.  We are no longer transparent and Scottish looking!!.  Been shopping in Park City, Bear spotting in Yellowstone National Park and just soaking in the atmosphere here.  We have bought a car, a bed, a sofa and even my textbooks!!  and now we are broke.  lol.  Job hunting time!!  Simon thought he had an interview today bit the guy told him the wrong day and it is in fact on Monday.  fingers crossed!!

Since we have been here Emily has taken her first steps, learnt to crawl ( although she still avoids it if she can) and has 2 new teeth.  We thought she was done teething for a while but oh no- she doesn't do things by halves either and has 4 new ones on their way in!!! :(  Poor wee lamb.  Hopefully they will come in quickly!  She is loving it here and is full of beans, even in the heat! She has also started standing up in her cot so she does that for about an hour before she finally falls asleep.  I got up last night because she was crying to find her standing in bed, eyes still closed.  So I just lay her back down and she was still asleep!!!  She loves standing that much she does it in her sleep!!  Hope we don't have a future sleep walker.  :/

Anyway.  Thats the last month in a very small nutshell.  I will blog alot more often to keep you more up to date and also probably to moan about the heat and how busy life is! lol.  I dont know how we will manage full time uni, a 1 year old and working alongside it.  Only time will tell!!
